Disneyland, Disney and Pixar are now all owned by Walt Disney Co. Disney has long held the exclusive right to the characters that make up Disneyland and Walt Disney World, and Disney is the only company to have been in charge of the development and creation of all of its characters.
But it was always a tricky deal for the two companies.
The agreement that Disney made in 2002 was for Disney to take over the theme park and theme parks business from Universal Studios.
But Universal’s new owners, in 2007, decided to sell Disney to the Walt Disney Group, and the agreement was not renewed.
That left the question of what would happen to Disney parks.
Disney had made it clear it would not sell to anyone other than Disney.
So it became clear that Disney would sell its parks to other investors, and a new company was formed to do just that.
Disney bought Disneyland and the park properties from Universal in 2007.
Disney owns about 80% of Disneyland.
Universal owns about 35%.
Disney and Universal are each controlled by their own shareholders, and Universal owns a larger share of the parks properties than Disney does.
So Disney had to sell the parks to new investors, which meant Disney would have to sell its Disneyland properties.
Disney decided to go with an existing investor, the Walt Family Trust.
This is the same family that owns the Walt Corporation.
This new company, the Disney Family Trust, was formed in December of 2020.
The Disney Family is one of the most successful family companies in the world.
The Walt Family owns companies that have become household names.
Disney is one such company.
The Disney FamilyTrust is the biggest investor in Walt Disney Parks and resorts.
The company owns stakes in several theme parks including Epcot, Universal Orlando and Disney California Adventure.
Disney also owns a controlling stake in Disneyland.
In addition to Disney, Disney is a minority investor in the Walt Group.
The majority of the Walt family’s stock is owned by the Walt Company.
The major shareholders of Disney are the Walt, Walt Disney, Walt and Disney families.
The Walt FamilyTrust, along with the Disney family, owns about 25% of Disney.
Walt Disney is also a minority shareholder in Disney.
The rest of the Disney portfolio is owned largely by family members.
