Oklahomans who have sex with women who are younger than 21 are already facing new challenges, but one man has vowed to continue his assault against the vulnerable.
Oklahoma City resident Scott Wilson told The Associated Press that he will take the revenge of his life on three women who were between the ages of 19 and 22 when they were at his home.
He said he would go to the Oklahoma City Fairgrounds to perform oral sex on them and that he would have sex for about $200.
Wilson said he will not hurt the women, but will rape them.
Oklahomers who have sexual relations with young women younger than 19 face new challenges due to new laws, including an exemption for sex acts with an adult in the home.
The Fairgrounds, the state’s main amusement park with over 1.6 million visitors each year, prohibits adults and minors from having sex with minors under the age of 16.
Oklahoman police said last week that they had no immediate comment on Wilson’s claims.
In January, Oklahamans were able to legally enter the Fairgrounds without a license, and they were given a three-day window to use restrooms and locker rooms.
But the city of Oklahoma City and the Fairground have since said that it is illegal for anyone to enter or use the restrooms without a permit.
