People have been visiting Scandias nude amusement park since the 1960s, but it wasn’t until 2011 that it was allowed to open to the public.
The attraction has a history of sexual assault and harassment.
In 2011, an Italian tourist reported being sexually assaulted while visiting the Scandian amusement park.
At the time, Scandians attorney told reporters that the case was an isolated incident and there had been no other reported incidents.
In 2013, the company was fined $300,000 by the California Attorney General for not fully implementing policies that prohibit harassment, sexual assault, and other sexual misconduct.
The company is currently under investigation by the state over allegations that its policies and procedures were not being followed.
The parks website claims to have 1,000,000 square feet of outdoor seating, but only 5,000 seats have been offered to the general public.
There is no way to guarantee a full occupancy for the park.
